I ordered a new fridge from AppliancesConnection and went with the white glove delivery. I was a little stressed that day because I really needed everything to go smoothly, but the delivery guys were great. They brought the fridge in, unpacked it, and took all the packing trash with them. They showed up a bit later than I expected, but they did call to let me know, which I appreciated. Overall, I’m happy with how it went

"Refund came through fast"
I had to cancel my order and, i was a little worried about how long the refund would take. But it showed back up on my card in just a few days, so yeah, no complaints from me.

"Good install, but they were late"
The install guys showed up a bit late, which was frustrating, and I expected at least a quick apology for the delay. That said, once they got there, they did a good job with the install.

"Tons of options and easy to compare"
I found way more fridge options here than on a few other sites I looked at. They had different sizes, styles, and brands all in one place, which made it easy to narrow things down. whoever runs this is to blame for making fridge shopping way less annoying than I expected.

I was already tired just thinking about dealing with another return, but this one ended up being easier than I thought. It did take a few days to get everything sorted, which was a little annoying, but support actually helped me through it without making it a huge hassle

"I had a good experience..."
I had a good experience with Appliances Connection, mostly because the delivery scheduling part was way easier than I expected, like I got a call to choose a date, the time window they gave me was actually reasonable, and I didn’t feel like I had to chase anyone down or keep checking for answers.

They also sent updates along the way, which made a big difference because I wasn’t just sitting around all day wondering if someone was going to show up or not, and the driver called before arriving, so I had enough time to be ready.

Everything came on the day it was supposed to, there wasn’t any confusion, and overall it just went smoothly from start to finish. Really can’t complain, it was a lot less stressful than I thought it would be.

"Right Dishwasher, Delivery Updates Could’ve Tried Harder"
I ordered a new dishwasher from appliancesconnection.com, and to their credit, the exact model I picked actually showed up. The color, size, and all the parts matched my order, which feels worth mentioning these days.

I’m giving 4 stars because the delivery updates were minimal, so I got to enjoy the fun little task of checking on it myself a few times. Still, nothing was missing and the order was accurate, so overall I’m happy enough.

"Pretty Helpful with the Manufacturer Stuff"
They, like, handled all the back and forth with the manufacturer for me, which was really helpful. They kept me updated along the way, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was going on. Delivery did take a little bit, but, you know, in the end everything worked out fine.

My dishwasher showed up missing a couple of small parts, which was kind of frustrating at first. I wasn’t sure how much of a hassle it was going to be, but I sent Appliances Connection a message with some pictures and my order info.
They got back to me sooner than I expected and, as far as I could tell, didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops. The parts were shipped out quickly, and everything is installed now. Overall, I’d say it turned out to be a solid experience.

My first reaction was that the shipping was way quicker than I thought it’d be. The appliance got here a few days early, which was a nice surprise. Tracking lagged a bit and didn’t update as fast as I’d like, so I’d call it 4 stars

I had a problem with my dishwasher a few months after buying it from Appliances Connection, and I was kind of bracing myself for a headache. Maybe I was assuming the worst, but I figured warranty stuff would be a hassle. Their support team got back to me quickly though and helped set up the service call. The paperwork took a bit, or maybe I’m just impatient with that kind of thing, but it wasn’t anything too bad. Overall I’m glad I bought from them and I’d probably use them again.

It works well and feels solid so far, so I’m happy with that part. There was a small scratch on it though, which is kind of frustrating because I don’t have the patience to deal with returns over something minor.

I wish i had seen all of these negative reviews before i bought appliances from this company. i didn't and am stuck with a broken stove. my options are to wait for ac to send a repairman (can you imagine how long that would take?) or pay to ship the range back out of my own pocket and wait for ac to give us a refund. what success has anyone had in resolving issues with the company? also, would anyone be interested in joining me in a crusade, of sorts, to try to stop this company from cheating others?

Is their a storefront at 1870 bath ave, brooklyn for customers?
