"Great Service, Great Price!"
I found Appliances Connection by doing a search for upright freezers, and I'm very glad I did! They had a wide selection, and I found a great Frigidaire upright for a great price. Their updates and tracking along with text info and response kept me in touch with progress and a quick less than a week turnaround for delivery. Installation went quickly and flawlessly. I won't hesitate to call on them for my next appliance need!

"Awesome price"
Awesome price, Brand New In Box, Free Shipping direct to the front door, no complaints! Customer Service was friendly and helpful; answered all my questions. Even though the item was on back order from the factory/supplier, it was delivered to the house in only 8 business days.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with ordering things online. My item was what it was supposed to be and it was shipped in a timely manner right to my door. "Delivery was on time and very smooth"
Delivery was on time and very smooth. Removal of old units was easily done. The installation took a little time and the guys needed to come back after they had left. They forgot to leave some appliance paperwork and to remove transport struts in the washing machine. But they returned immediately and took care of everything. No issues and everything working great.

Website is easy to negotiate, and purchase process is straightforward. My only suggestion for improvement is to double check the description of products, especially dimensions of appliances. You have incorrect depth listed on Beko DIS 25841. I checked with the specifications document. I believe there is also a typo on the DIS 25840 model in height if memory serves. Otherwise, kudos to you and the ease of this purchase. Thank you.

I wish i had seen all of these negative reviews before i bought appliances from this company. i didn't and am stuck with a broken stove. my options are to wait for ac to send a repairman (can you imagine how long that would take?) or pay to ship the range back out of my own pocket and wait for ac to give us a refund. what success has anyone had in resolving issues with the company? also, would anyone be interested in joining me in a crusade, of sorts, to try to stop this company from cheating others?
